Stanić Djordje was born in Užice in 1973. He finished Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Department of Historical Art. He worked as a professor of arts. Now he lives and works as an independent artist in Užice by selling his paintings. Traveling through Serbia, he paints forgotten landscapes and villages.

He displayed independently more then 20 times, and collectively in more then 50 displays in the country and abroad.
He participated in the work of many paining colonies.
